Soulful Sunday Sound Bath

This monthly Soulful Sound Reiki provides a safe space to go inward. To acknowledge, release, receive and allow healing to enter where stress, grief, sadness or anxiety may have taken up residence. Allow the Reiki energy infused with sound healing to transform your mind, body and spirit.  These events are hosted by Suzanne Peart of Suz's Soul Speak only in-person event.

Please bring a pillow, blanket and/or whatever you need to make yourself comfy, as you will be laying on the floor. There are a few yoga mats and some blankets available but please bring your own if that's what you need to be comfy!
